This policy explains how Tradebolt ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit our website, contact us, book a call, or become a client.
It covers information we handle as a business. Where we process information on behalf of a client — for example, that client's own leads and customers — the client is the data controller and their privacy policy governs. Section 10 covers that case.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing purposes. Consent to receive text messages from Tradebolt is never shared, and no mobile opt-in information is disclosed to third parties except to the messaging providers that deliver our messages on our behalf.
We only send text messages to people who have given express written consent — by ticking an unticked consent box on one of our forms, by texting us first, or by agreeing in writing during an engagement. Consent to receive marketing texts is never a condition of purchasing anything.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one final confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us using the details in section 12. You can also opt out by emailing us and asking to be removed.
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, understand how it is used, and measure advertising. These include first-party analytics and advertising pixels from platforms such as Meta and Google.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work correctly if you do. Where required, we present a consent banner before setting non-essential cookies.
We share personal information only with service providers who need it to operate our business, under contracts that limit their use of it:
We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our agreements, or in connection with a merger or sale of the business. As stated in section 4, mobile opt-in data is excluded from any sharing of this kind for marketing purposes.
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, then delete or anonymise it. Enquiries that do not become engagements are typically retained for up to twenty-four months. Client records and financial records are kept for as long as required by law and our accounting obligations.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including access controls and encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, correction of it, deletion of it, a portable copy of it, or to opt out of marketing and of any sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
To exercise a right, contact us using section 12. We will verify your identity before acting and will not discriminate against you for making a request.
When we run advertising, follow-up, or CRM systems for a client, we process that client's leads and customers on their instructions. In that role we act as a processor, and the client is responsible for having a lawful basis and appropriate consent for the contact details they provide.
If you were contacted by a business that uses our systems and want your information removed, contact that business directly. You may also contact us and we will pass the request on.
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
