The Deliverable

What You
Actually Get

  • A written report — ten to fifteen pages, your numbers laid out plainly, no jargon
  • The leak number — our estimate of what the gaps are costing you per year, with the math shown
  • A prioritized roadmap — three to five fixes ranked by revenue impact against effort
  • A sixty-minute walkthrough — with you, not a slide deck sent over email
  • A build proposal — only if we think we're the right people to do the work
You keep the report either way. Some clients take it and fix things themselves. That's a fine outcome.
TIMELINE

How The Ten Days Run

  • Day 0 — Payment, intake form, access to ad accounts, CRM, and your Google profile
  • Days 1–2 — Mystery shop. We submit a form and place a call as a customer, and we don't tell you exactly when
  • Days 2–5 — Data pull and analysis
  • Days 5–7 — Report build
  • Days 7–10 — Walkthrough call and roadmap
Coverage

The Eight Things
We Take Apart

01

Speed To Lead

We submit a form and place a call as a customer and time exactly what happens — how fast, by what method, how many attempts, and whether anyone ever tries again. This is almost always the biggest single finding.

02

Lead Sources

Every channel, what you spend, and cost per lead by source. Usually there's a gap between where your leads come from and where you think they come from.

03

Creative

What's running, how old it is, and how often it's refreshed. Whether you have any real video, footage of the actual work, or testimonials — or stock photos and a phone picture from 2021.

04

Follow-Up

What happens to the lead who doesn't answer. What happens to the quote that didn't close. How many names are in your database and when anyone last touched them.

05

CRM & Pipeline

What system you're on, what's actually in it, whether the stages get used, and whether you can see cost per acquired customer. The answer to that last one is usually no.

06

Conversion Math

Lead to appointment. Appointment to sat. Sat to close. Average ticket. Four numbers that tell us whether you have a marketing problem or a sales problem.

07

Capacity

Headcount, weekly capacity, current backlog, and what breaks if volume doubles next month. If you can't deliver it, we shouldn't sell it.

08

Reputation

Review count and velocity against your top three competitors, plus whether your Google profile is actually finished.

Why Paid

We Don't Do
Free Audits

A free audit is a sales call with a spreadsheet attached. Everyone in this industry offers one, and everyone knows what it really is.

Charging changes the work. We spend ten days on it instead of forty minutes, we mystery shop your intake, and we tell you things you won't enjoy hearing — because we've already been paid and we're not trying to protect a close.

It also tells us something. An owner who won't invest $1,500 to find out where the money is going isn't going to be a good partner on a build.

$1,500

Flat · Ten Days · Paid Up Front

Multi-location businesses and companies over $5M run $3,000 — more accounts, more systems, more ground to cover.

Start With The
Diagnosis

Twenty minutes on the phone first, so we both know whether it's worth doing.
